Property Manager, Harvard Property Management Inc.

Victoria joined Harvard Property Management Inc. in the fall of 2006.  She is responsible for overseeing all aspects of property management, from financial management, administration & reporting to operations & maintenance for several large Class A commercial properties in downtown Regina, including city landmarks Hill Centre Towers I & II; and the recently constructed Mosaic Tower at Hill Centre III.  In addition, Victoria provides facility management services to a Saskatchewan Crown Corporation under a 3rd party service contract.

As a member of the development team for Mosaic Tower, Victoria provided property management expertise while creating the management and operating plan for the building and its various amenities including a fitness centre, public art gallery, conference centre and roof top patio.

Victoria is licensed with the Saskatchewan Real Estate Commission (SREC) and the Association of Saskatchewan Realtors (ASR), and holds a Real Property Administrator (RPA) designation from the Building Owners and Managers Institute (BOMI). She has served on the board of the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) Regina, for many years; and served her second term as President in 2016/17. Victoria serves on the BOMA Canada board, and the national building awards committee.

A proponent of BOMA Canada’s National Conference and Exhibition, Victoria was a member of the BOMEX® 2016 steering committee, and served as chair for the social events, including the BOMA Canada National Building Awards Gala.
